Hotel Splendid can be found at the foot of Petka mountain, 4 kilometres northeast of Dubrovnik, just a short walk from the bus which goes to the city centre every 15 minutes.

Each of the rooms is generously sized and elegantly arranged. All have balconies, facing either the sea or parkland. The hotel has a lovely terrace where you can listen to music with a refreshing summer cocktail in hand. There's also a beach bar which serves anything from light salads or freshly squeezed lemonade, under the backdrop of the semi-forested Elafti islands. Alternatively, you can sample typical Dubrovnik cuisine at Glorijet bistro, such as 'brodet', traditional roast dishes, as well as fresh fish and seafood along with rosˇ wine. Leisure pursuits abound here also, and the hotel is happy to organise windsurfing, snorkelling and other watersports. You will also find clay tennis courts on site if you want to practice your game. Entertainment is provided three nights weekly.
